For the first hour, Matt will give free instructions to get everyone, from beginners to seasoned dancers, grooving with confidence. But the fun doesn't stop there—after the instructions, Matt will spin your favorite line-dancing tracks and be on hand to help you perfect those moves. Join us every fourth Saturday at 10:30AM for an all-levels yoga class while enjoying a tasty Atlanta Hard Cider beverage! $16 includes your yoga class and first beverage!

This 60 minute all-levels class begins at 10:30am. Doors open at 10:15am. Please bring your mat, a towel, and some water! This class will be held indoors.
